Refund Policy

At Sem Fine Art, every print is created individually for each customer.
Because our posters are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once production has begun, except in cases of damage or manufacturing error.

1. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at semfineartstudio@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We will replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion.

2. Wrong or Lost Orders

If you receive the wrong item or your order is lost in transit, contact us as soon as possible.
We’ll investigate with our fulfillment partner and arrange a replacement or refund once confirmed.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Because each poster is printed specifically for you, we cannot accept returns due to:

  • Change of mind

  • Color or size preferences

  • Minor variations in print tone or texture (these are part of the printing process)

4. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
